How long is the warranty on Hikvision equipment?

Most Hikvision products come with a 3-year warranty, but as of January 1, 2022, a wide range of Hikvision product lines are covered by the extended 5-year warranty for project-oriented premium products, including panoramic IP cameras, DeepinView and Ultra Series cameras, DeepinMind and Ultra Series NVR recorders; and a series of explosion-proof and anti-corrosion chambers. Batteries, accumulators, parts subject to natural wear (such as buttons, mechanical locks, etc.) are covered by a 1-month warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Both the standard warranty and the newly extended warranty will automatically apply from the date of purchase. It will also be applied in Spain and in the rest of the countries of the world.
