We ship to over 40 countries including Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

The goods are delivered door-to-door in collaboration with carriers and other third parties directly directly from our warehouse or the warehouse of our partners. Thus shipping and handling fees may apply. This information will be shown during checkout.

In mainland Europe we mostly use GLS, DPD and TNT. Upon receiving your order, you will be informed by e-mail with order confirmation containing unique order ID, showing status of your order and a shipping reference to track your order.

Please note that delivery times indicated on our site are approximate and depend on stock availability of items as well as your exact location within your territory. Deliveries to remote locations or islands may take longer and increased delivery charges may apply. Please call or e-mail us if you wish to find out exact delivery time to your address. All delivery times given on this page are in accordance with the approximate delivery times provided to us by our carriers. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence in our obligation to fulfil your order.

Deliveries are made on business days between 09:00 and 18:00 CET time. We cannot specify exact delivery times, unless a timed delivery is paid for. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address, the package will be returned to the courier's nearest local depot. A card will be left at your address with details to arrange re-delivery of your order. All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for. You must not accept delivery if the item(s) appear to be damaged on arrival. View further information about damaged items, warranties and our returns policy.


Value Added Tax (VAT) and customers in the EU

We are located in Spain and therefore all orders placed with us are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the present rate of 21% (which may change in accordance to legislation within Spain).

As per inter-EU country regulations if you are a legal entity in EU (non ES) registered as VAT payer of your country then no VAT will be applied.

We use the VIES service to validate VAT numbers. If your number does not validate, we cannot accept it. Check if your number validates on the VIES service. If it does not, contact your local VAT authority.


Customers outside the EU

If you are outside the EU or in a tax free area then no VAT will be charged.

Other taxes and duties: please note that any import duties, local taxes or any other duties and taxes relating to shipments to territories outside the EU will be payable by you, the receiver. If any charges or taxes are applicable, either local customs authorities or the carriers will contact you prior to delivering the goods in order to make arrangements for taking payment of the charges. If, for whatever reason, the local authorities or carriers fail to make such charges or obtain payment from you, and instead charge us, then your duty is to refund such charges to us on the first request. Under no circumstance shall Vision Seguridad Plus be responsible or liable for payment of such duties and taxes. Thus responsibility and liability for payment of such duties and taxes lies solely with you, the receiver.
